Self Service check in --which means on the day of check in, you will be sent your room number and door code that will be activated at 3pm so you can go right to your room without stopping at the front desk. Being self service ,the front office closes at 5pm. But do not worry your reservation is good as you will have a room code prior to arrival and their is an after hours contact number on the door, if needed. (This is just like a self service AirBnb concept)
For cancellation refund, there must be a 2 day prior to check in.
